• Acted as a faculty for Management educational training and development for various institutions/bodies like Institute of Management in Government, Centre for Management Development, Universal Group of Institutions and Institute of Labour and Employment Trivandrum.
   
• Acted as expert member on the Interview Boards for selection of personnel for Finance and related areas for several corporate entities
   
• Served as Member of the Managing Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Trivandrum branch for three years from 1991-1994 and was the Treasurer of the branch during 1992-93
   
• Served as a Faculty in Students Seminar/Programmes organized by Trivandrum branch of SIRC.
   
• Has specialised experience in drafting of technical collaboration agreements and interpretation of double taxation avoidance agreements.
