matters.

experience in Business and Management Consultancy and
Advisory services on setting up, restructuring, revival,
takeover, joint ventures, collaborations, mergers,
amalgamation, strategic planning, system implementation
and corporate/non corporate taxation including
International Taxation and Double Taxation Avoidance
Agreements.
- Served
as member of the Expert Advisory Committee WTO and Trade
committee and Fiscal Laws Committee and resource person
for training peer reviewers, of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India, New Delhi.
- Served
in several trade and commercial organizations, was
President of Cochin Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of All
India Manufacturers Association Kerala State Board,
President of Southern India Region of Indo-American
Chamber of Commerce, President of South Western India
Shippers Association and Member of the Expert Committees
on Direct Taxes, Industry, Banking and Finance of
Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
- Served
as Member of Managing/Central Committees of Associated
Chamber of Commerce and Industry, All India Manufacturers
Organization, All India Shippers Council and Indo American
Chamber of Commerce.
- Serves
as Director of several corporate entities such as Kerala
State Industrial Development Corporation.Kerala Industrial
Technical Consultancy Organisation Ltd., Parry Agro
Industries Ltd., Alleppey Co Ltd, Kerala Balers Ltd. and
WilliamGoodacre & Sons LTd. etc. Was director on the
Board of Travancore Titanium Products Ltd, Traco Cable Co.
Ltd., and Kerala Electrical and Allied Industries Ltd.,
member of the Southern Regional Board of the Life
Insurance Corporation of India.
- Member
Board of Management/Advisory council/visiting faculty in
various Management Institutes and Business Schools.
- Served
as Chairman/Faculty for several professional seminars
organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India and other professional/ management bodies.

the prestigious Management Leadership Award instituted by
